The Club HistoryThe club was established in 1990.
Tom Armstrong took over some time after the club formation.
Mark Wilson picked up the baton in 2000.
Nigel White became chairman in 2004. Jim Leung took over chairmanship in 2008. Nigel then became the president of the club.
Membership grew significantly from 2004 onwards, and to ease administration, the club constitution was re-drafted in 2006 to facilitate a mini and youth committee.
Gary Seib was welcomed in as the youth chairman in 2007. James Penny took over as the youth chairman in 2008.
Our players use to run like wildebeest on a much overused dust bowl of a pitch, but in 2006, the University in partnership with the HKRFU, replaced the dust bowl with a state of the art synthetic surface which has taken the club and playing experience to a new level. |
